Dr. Kramer’s desire to become a dentist began after his mother was rear-ended in a taxi accident. On her road to recovery, she restored the health and aesthetics of her beautiful smile with a full mouth reconstruction. Knowing that he too wanted to be a dentist, Dr. Kramer earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland.

Most single-tooth implant cases follow the same four steps. Dr. Kramer walks you through each one at your consultation, so you know what to expect before anything is scheduled.
Your first visit is complimentary. We take a cone beam CT scan at no cost to see your jawbone in 3D, confirm the right treatment for you and plan exactly where the implant will go. You leave with a written treatment plan and cost.
Dr. Kramer places a titanium implant post in the jawbone where the tooth root used to be. If the tooth is still in place, the extraction can often be planned together with your implant, and oral conscious sedation or IV sedation is available if you feel anxious.
Over the following months, the implant fuses with your jawbone and becomes a stable foundation that works like a natural tooth root.
Once the implant has healed, we attach the abutment and your custom crown, designed to look and function like a natural tooth. For a single missing tooth, our $1,799 dental implant package covers the implant, abutment and crown, including extraction, for new patients. It cannot be combined with other promotions.
